For family home evening last week Chad came up with a really fun idea! He went camping with Lily and Ellie- in their room. Being that it is winter and very very cold outside Chad and the girls set up the tent in the girls bed room and had a little camp out.
Chad slept in the tent with the girls while I got a big bed all to my self! I even got to sleep in the next morning! Lily and Ellie had a great time and slept pretty well! They of course were most excited about the flashlight. They LOVE flashlights.
Chad is such a great Dad. All three of us girls are so lucky we have him in our family. He is a sucker for his little girls and would do anything for them. As proof they still have the tent up in their room now with their beds in it.
(They also have a nice stash of toys in there too now.)

How fun! My dad used to do slumber parties with us in the living room, but instead of a tent we made forts out of couch cushions-total mess and probably stressed my mom out-but we had a blast! Dad's are the best!

I love it! Our girls love flashlights too, so I can only imagine how much fun they had camping out with them.
