Giving Thanks

This year for Thanksgiving we it was just our little family. We had food for WAY more...but it was just us! As always Chad did a great job with the turkey!
 Yum!
We woke the girls up and had a great family dinner!
 Ellie carved the turkey...
Then Lily had a turn. :)
Lily and Ellie trying to break the wish bone... they weren't strong enough to break it so I told them they each got their wish.
That night we had a great time at Disney On Ice! Chad spoils his girls so much! The girls wore their tutus so they could be princesses too!
We got to see a bunch of our favorite Disney movies come to life!
Peter Pan
Tinkerbell! She also flew on the wire and glitter came out of her wand to help everyone fly.
The Lion King! Lily get a little nervous because they had the part where Mufasa dies- and Lily always yells "run Simba, run" at the TV during that part.
 They LOVE Micky and Mini!
Snow White- another part Lily wasn't sure of... she isn't a fan of the witch!
Aladdin! The big elephant was a lot of fun!
 Jasmine and Aladdin's solo.
 The Little Mermaid!
Rapunzel threatening Flynn Ride with a frying pan! :)

At the end all of the princesses came out with their princes and dances! It was really cute to see the girls reaction to all of the princesses!
This one you can see the floating lanterns from the Tangled part still.
We had a really fun time. Lily and Ellie loved it- they still will ask me if I saw the princesses ice skating. I told Chad that not only did he make Lily and Ellie super happy but my inner child loved every second of it! :)
Thanksgiving was wonderful. It is so nice to have a day set out just to think about all the blessing we have in our lives. We are incredibly blessed and thankful for everything we have and the people in our lives! Now we look forward to Christmas!
